Introduction

In the context of a new global era marked by profound digital transformation, science, technology, and economics have become core drivers for promoting sustainable economic growth, enhancing national competitiveness, and addressing pressing societal challenges. In Vietnam, the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo has explicitly affirmed the pivotal role of science, technology, and innovation as key catalysts in the nation’s rapid, resilient, and sustainable development process.

To realize this strategic vision, Tay Do University is honored to organize the International Scientific Conference on "Science, Technology, and Economics in the Digital Era" (STEC 2026), centered on the theme "Innovating for Public Health and Sustainable Development". This conference serves as a premier academic platform bringing together scientists, medical experts, economists, lecturers, and industry leaders from Vietnam and across the globe. Papers submitted to the conference will be peer reviewed. Selected papers will be recommended to ISI/SCOPUS indexed journals. Other accepted papers are published in the international conference proceedings with ISBN.

Non-Vietnamese participants

Conference participation fee: USD 10 (USD 20 if paid after 30 October, 2026). Students pay USD 5. Oral presenters are free of charge.

Publication fee: USD 25.

Note: In-person delegates with papers accepted for publication in the conference proceedings will be exempt from the conference participation fee.

Vietnamese participants

Conference participation fee: VND 200,000 (VND 400,000 if paid after 30 October, 2026). Students pay VND 100,000. Oral presenters are free of charge.

Publication fee: VND 500,000.
